Because Seoulike is a personal shopping and international shipping service, most orders are final sale once we purchase the item from the Korean seller on your behalf.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, color, or option selected by the customer
- Delays caused by international shipping or customs
- Items that are no longer wanted after purchase
- Buyer's remorse
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- The item is materially different from the product description
- Your order cannot be fulfilled or shipped
- The item becomes unavailable before we purchase it
If an item is unavailable before purchase, we will offer a refund or an alternative option.
For damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

International shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Seoulike.

How to file a claim
Email contact@cgcorp.io with subject "Claim — Order #XXXX". Include your order number, a short description of the issue, the date you received the parcel, and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Do not discard the parcel or packaging until the claim is resolved.
