Shipping Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Seoulike ships orders directly from Korea to your address in North America (and other supported countries on request). This policy explains methods, timing, customs, and our responsibilities as your buying agent.

1. Order Processing Timeline

2. International Shipping Methods

Transit times are estimates only, measured from carrier hand-off in Korea. They exclude customs hold time, weather delays, peak-season backlog, and incorrect address re-routing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensional volume, destination, and method. Multi-item orders are consolidated into one box when possible to reduce cost.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

You are the importer of record. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and brokerage fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our price unless explicitly stated. We declare contents and value accurately as required by law and cannot mark parcels as "gift" or undervalue them.

De minimis thresholds (the value below which no duty is charged) vary by country — for example, USD 800 in the United States and CAD 20–40 in Canada. Check your local customs rules before ordering.

5. Risk of Loss & Title

Title to goods transfers to you at the moment we purchase from the third-party Korean seller. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package in Korea. We are not liable for damage, loss, or theft after carrier hand-off, but we will assist with carrier claims when insurance was purchased.

6. Shipping Insurance

Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout and is strongly recommended for orders over USD 100 or for fragile items (vinyl, photocards, ceramics, glass). Without insurance, lost or damaged parcels are not eligible for refund.

7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Re-shipping due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or unpaid duties is at your expense. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the address you provided and subsequently lost or stolen.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

9. Restricted Destinations & Items

Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries due to local law or carrier rules (e.g., perfumes & aerosols by air, lithium batteries, certain food items). If a restriction is discovered after purchase, we will offer a refund of the item cost minus any non-recoverable fees.
